Immunohistochemical analysis of Wnt-6 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon cancer tissue using Sheep Anti-Human Wnt-6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47580) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
